What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you either enter a competition with subby or become a subscriber, we need to know your name, email address, and address. This allows us to advise you of new developments which are in the pipeline. We could also need this information to notify you of any prize that you win in competition.

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the report or email us at info@subby.co.nz for help.

If you win a competition, please confirm your victory by email.

When we offer contests and promotions, or join with other companies to do so, customers who choose to participate may receive promotional emails from those companies. That information may then be used to notify winners.

How does subby protect customer information?

When you either enter a competition on subby or join to be a subscriber, the contest or promotion company running the competition may also use the information supplied. This information is not sold to a third party.

Will subby disclose information it collects to outside parties?

Subby does not sell information to third parties. If you subscribe to subby then you will receive the magazine and be informed of other developments that we think are of interest to you. If you do enter a competition, then you may receive information from the contest promotion company which is running the competition. This could include sales material.

What about links to other websites and services?

The subby website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies on privacy. You should review their policies on entering their websites. We have no responsibility for linked websites, and we provide links solely for your convenience and information.

Your consent

By joining subby as a subscriber, you consent to receive the magazine, and promotional emails on our other developments. If you enter a company’s competition, you consent to receive emails from that company.
